about our Grass Finished Beef

Our beef is from young Angus or Angus cross calves of small to moderate size. We want to make sure that we can get our calves finished before the end of fall pasture in their second season of grazing. Currently we are able to source our calves from local farmers and we are planning to raise our own in the future.
