A HALF OF BEEF
This is the best way to do this. We help you decide how you want a half of beef cut up. We sell by the hanging weight at $5.50/lb which includes processing and delivery in Rutland County, VT or $6/lb for delivery to Central CT. Hanging weights range from 250 to 325 (about $1350 - 1800) and will yield 175-225 lb of packaged meat depending on cutting instructions. You will need 7-10 cubic feet freezer space. We ask for a $100 deposit when you sign up. If you put down $500 by the end of July, we will discount the total price by 5%.
INDIVIDUAL CUTS
Order online for pick up at farm, schedule appointment and make selections at the farm, or catch us at a farmer's market. Discounts for volume purchases. While we offer individual cuts, we prefer customers to buy in bulk and it helps save you money. Buying in bulk supports what we do and allows us to offer a premium product at a great price.
HUNDRED OR TWO-HUNDRED POUND BUNDLE
This is about a quarter of a cow cut to Stillwater Farm specifications for a price of $900. You can also purchase a 200 lb. bundle with a fixed price of $1700. Please contact us: contact.stillwaterfarmvt@gmail.com

It allows us to focus on farming and saves the customer significant costs for shipping, storage, and marketing.
